Shipping Policy We ship most orders within one business day. In the rare event of an out of stock item, we will provide notification at the email address registered at the time of purchase. The email will contain information regarding when the out of stock item is expected to be shipped.

Warranty Information Our batteries and accessories are guaranteed to meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturers specifications. If for some reason one of our products does not fulfill your expectations, we want to know about it. Please call, fax or email us, and we will take immediate action to correct the situation. Please review our Return Policy. We are not satisfied until you are!

Return Policy Under normal use and service, Alarmbatteriesplus warrants any product we sell against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. This warranty does not cover damage to the product due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Before returning any product you MUST call 973-347-9326 and request a return #. Once received, please place the # on the outside of the box and include a copy of your invoice inside the box for proof of purchase along with the defective product and send them to us at:
